New apartments in central Närpes!

We are now marketing our project at Karlsrovägen 10 in Närpes. Bostadsbolaget Karlsro Ab includes a total of seven apartments, five 63.9m2, one 74.5m2 and one 84.5m2. The start of construction is planned for summer 24 and completion for spring 25. The apartments are built in wood and is heated economically and safely with district heating.
